Very good building, with locked entrance. Very quite environment, with decent neighbors.Private laundry right in the building.
The apartment is recently renovated, sunny and spacious. You will have access to shared kitchen and living room. Very spacious bedroom that can fit two queen size beds (comes unfurnished).
We are a couple - one has education from a leading U.S. university and the other is starting a PhD degree next September.
