I'm a UT graduate student who is subletting a beth-room from June 1st to the end of August (these dates are flexible). The apartment (all furniture) is located in the Manor area near El Chilito, Clementine, etc. The apartment is very nice and the cheapest in the area. The rent will be 415, all utilities included and free interten service. The place is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment that has a very nice swimming pool and BBQ area located just in front of it. If you don't have a car, you can walk or ride your bike to school. It is also located very close to El Chilto and Clementine Coffee Shop. I share it with a very nice and responsible guy who is working and studying a masters at UT.
