$400 a month with a $200 dollar deposit and half of the bills located near Rutland and Lamar in a quiet area.

Two bedrooms with one bath in hallway. It has a washer and dryer, the living room, kitchen and master bedroom all have a sliding glass door onto the enclosed patio, and one garage space and another space right outside. The place is 1000 sq. ft. No pets. No drugs.

About me: 38 gay male, easy going, don't go out much, like to eat healthy, exercise, play video games, read, and watch the occasional movie but I don't watch much tv. I'll also be exploring some interests that I have like drawing and cooking. I can be quiet and I can socialize. Usually out the door for work by 5am and back around 3pm. I work weekends so you would have the weekend mornings and early afternoons to yourself unless your like me who works off hours.
I'm not looking for just a roommate but someone I can be friends with. Like I said the place is completely unfurnished and I am looking forward to (for once) making a place a home and not feel like I am a guest in someones home that I am renting from.
This isn't a month to month. A lease will have to be signed and income will be verified.
