Hi! My name is Jessica and one of my roommates is moving home. So we need someone to take over her lease on July 15! We have a great duplex off of Wellborn and Graham. Nice backyard and the girls on the other side of the duplex are really cool. Both my roommate Becca and I are going to be juniors at A&M in the fall. We like to party but we know when to be serious! Our house is furnished mostly, except for your room! We like to cook! Our house is brand new as of August 07 so we were the first to live in it! We welcome pets, we have a couple of our own! Except for cats! (highly allergic!) PLEASE GET BACK TO US ASAP!!!!
