Both rooms have phones. All house privileges included.. Nice safe quite area. I am a 39yo white male, smoking environment. My bedroom is at the other end of the house. Just rather have female renter/renters. They seem to be much cleaner and quieter. May trade some house cleaning/house work for Partial rent. The rooms are $450.00 and $400.00 all utilities included with Direct satellite TV and phone jacks in each room. $150.00 deposit. $200.00 deposit if you have a pet.
