I am 24 and my boyfriend is 27. I have a 2 bedroom, one bath, 1200 sq ft house. It sounds small but its a lot bigger than it seems. I have a large backyard and a quaint little front yard. The room I am looking to rent is not huge at all but its not so tiny someone who is concentrating on work or school could not enjoy. Theres plenty of room in my house to be quite happy. Everything has a place and once people are done with something its not so hard to put it back, ya know. I have four cats. Sounds bad but I am extremely clean and OCD about it.They are all fixed, spoiled, and sweet as can be.most people when they set foot in my house they dont even smell or realize I have any cats at all.I keep the liter box in the front coat closet by the front door and you cant even smell it.Thats a big thing with living with me. I can not have children and they are my kids. I am trying to finish my Business degree at American Intercontinental University by July and continue on to University of Houston for my Masters in Psychology. I need the help right now to catch up after bad things happening in my life last year putting me in the hole. I would like to catch up on loans and get all the stress of being barely afloat off my back.Its not expensive to live here and I can afford it on my own but a little help wouldnt hurt. I took in my best friend to help me but now its making things worse. He lost his car and his job. Taking care of three people right now is hard on me. I will admit I get a little edgy when it comes to bills. responsibilities come first and I know itll help my relationship with my boyfriend cause it stresses him out that I''m stressed. I''m a bartender. I''m a homebody mostly though when I am here and I love movies and music. Its a big part of who I am. I do not have cable in my house but having a tv with digital channels is really nice. I do not have a home phone line cause thats from the stone ages to me. I use my cell phone as a modem to get online and have no problem letting others in the house use it for that as well. I am probably the most understanding and giving person ever. I cant go to the store without making sure its fair that I got everyone something whether they had something or not. Those things matter to me. I also have a weight set in my garage...its a little sitting area. I have a washer and dryer as well.I dont want someone who will keep to themselves but I do want someone who is dedicated to their work or school and just needs to catch up. I dont want to live with a stranger and I want someone I can trust and where things in my house will be fair and happy.But I do not want a huge party person or someone that lazes around at home and doesnt do anything. Your room is your room but I dont want a stench coming from it...lol...
