I'm renting out two of my rooms for $300 each with $100 deposit and bills will be split by the number of people. We have washer, dryer, kitchen, pool, tv room, which are all welcome to be used. I have a baby, a husband, three inside cats and two outside dogs, and one female living with us. I prefer female renters. Kid and pet are negotiable.
