I am 26, I have a beautiful 3 year old daughter. I am going through a divorce, and need to move out of my family's home and into something I can afford. I am pretty easy going, and take my cues from others: if you are out going, we can be friends, and hang out and if you are quiet, that is ok, too. My daughter will be rotating time with my ex and I for now, and she and I can share a room. I don't have a lot of things, but can furnish a room if need be. I know I can't afford a lot, but I am not looking for alot. I can do a little more if utilities are included.
