I am possibly reserving a 2 bdrm/2 bath apartment at Broadstone Ranch if anyone is looking for a place. If you're interested let me know so i can reserve the apartment asap. It's 997 sq. ft. I previously lived in a one bedroom so i have everything to furnish the main parts of the house. You just have to furnish your own room. The price will be between $1065.00 - $1100.00. I will know the specific cost once i reserve. We will split the costs. I am very down to earth, outgoing, and love having fun. I stay up late and do have guests over. I do not have any pets. I do my share in keeping the main parts of the apartment clean.
