$400/month two bed two bath apartment near downtown San Antonio at 281 and Josephine/Brackenridge Park and Golf Course. Second story apartment. Patio and fireplace. $40 appication fee as you must be approved by the apartment complex. You split electricty bill with me..don't think it will run more than $80 a month for both of us. Water and trash paid. Covered parking, wireless Internet included.
I would like someone to do a one year lease but I will consider shorter terms.
Please no drugs or uncaged pets. I am allergic to cats, dogs. Smokers ok only if they smoke outside. Please NO drug users or heavy partiers. Drinking ok so long as you pick up after yourself. Company ok so long as they are just visiting and are quiet. Prefer someone who works during the day or goes to school during the day.
Prefer a female roommate as I usually get along with women better (a lot of female friends), but open to all. Would like someone in the age range of 18-40 years old. Looking for a friend as well as a roommate so would like someone friendly and outgoing.
