My name is Grace and I have a very nice two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in Alexandria. It's on the corner of Van Dorn and Duke and is very close to 395 and 495, so the commute is great! It has a washer and dryer located in the spacious apartment with an open kitchen, working fireplace, and a balcony. We have a fitness center, and a swimming pool with unlimited visitor parking and garage parking for residents. I am a non-smoking, Christian Kindergarten teacher who is in choir and very active in many of my churches ministries. I need another roommate to help finish out the lease starting in the beginning of June and ends in November, but willing to re-sign lease if so desired. The rent is $870 plus half of water and electric which is very reasonable. (comes to about $900) We have free wireless internet in the apartment and the place is really very nice. I am a very laid back, fun loving 25 year old. I keep the place clean. I don't party, smoke, or drink, however I love to go out and have a good time with friends.
