I currently rent a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house near the intersection of Broad Street and Horsepen. My roommate is moving to northern va. The two downstairs bedrooms would be yours and the full bathroom is shared. The rest of the house is furnished. Rent is $450/month not including utilities. I have a 2 year old dog (32 pounds). driveway, fenced in backyard, washer, dryer. Available June 1. Household chores and yardwork will be shared. |
