The deposit is $465 and the monthly rent without utilities is $447 per person.
I am female, 26 years old, fun, outgoing, very responsible and clean. I do not smoke and would prefer a non-smoker as a roommate. I will start teaching at VCU this fall for at least two semesters.
The apt has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. The neighborhood is one of the safest ones in Richmond. Move in date is August 20th. The apt will be professionally cleaned and renovated after the current tenants move out.
