I'm currently renting a darling 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath house at the bottom of Finn Hill in Kirkland. It's a 10 minute drive from the Kenmore park and ride and you can be to the UW campus within 30-40 minutes by bus. I'm also right next to St. Edward Park and Bastyr Naturopathic Medical School, which has beautiful running trails as well as a great swimming pool. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and I'd like clean roommates who are also non-smokers with no pets. I'm not much into big parties - I prefer small get-togethers instead. There are two great guys who live behind me that I share the property with - they maintain the back yard and I maintain the front yard. I'm a short drive to downtown anywhere and I have lots of parking around the place. The rooms that are available are $434, $462, (both available NOW for move-in) and $492 (available for a September, 1st move-in) per month (priced according to size) with a $250 deposit, with first and last month's rent due at move-in.
