Our youngest recently moved out and we would like to rent his room. We have single family home with nice landscaping - the roses smell great! Laid back, tidy. Peace and quiet in the woods yet near HWY 16 and the Southworth and Port Orchard ferry. I try to live by the Golden Rule - mutual respect of each other and our stuff. Includes room, private bath, all utilities except phone, internet, cable tv, lots of parking. Room can be furnished.
I get up before 6am. I go to bed 8pm - 10pm. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I never have overnight guests. I party rarely.
I live in a 2 person co-ed household. Age 45 - 65. My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is it/computers. I do not have any pets.
The house is located at Olalla. The residence features air conditioning, deck or patio, yard, carpet, parking, laundry, dishwasher. Your room is unfurnished. It features private bathroom, cable tv jack, private closet.
We are new to the roommate idea, but it should work with a few common ground rules on both sides. We like dogs but not in our house. Drama is best left for the theater. We enjoy kids but we have enjoy our peace and quiet. Smoking, even outside makes the house stink. Drugs, including weed in our opinion is just wrong. |
