Hey, we're looking for a 3rd roommate to share the apartment with. our 3rd roommate is getting marry so he's moving in with his wife.
The apartment is very nice and simple. Very homey feeling. A decent space to live in. The living room and kitchen is furnished. The bedroom that you'll be renting can be furnished with a bed if you need it. It is walking distant to Microsoft, Crossroad Mall, Restaurants, Safeway, and 2 minutes drive to SR520; 10 minutes to BCC/I90/Bellevue Square. There is a trail behind the apartment. It's a nice and relaxing neighbourhood. It has theater room, fitness center, tennis court, basketball court, spaz, swimming pool, etc, etc! so much more.
We're just looking for someone laid back. I'd appreciate finding someone who is clean and organize but you don't have to be. Just as long as you help keep the common area clean. There isn't very much requirement. Just as long as you'd like to get to know us or you can keep to yourself, whichever u prefer. Someone who can pay the rent of course :)
We're both working professional in our 20's .. We're very easy going. We're both Chinese. We mind our own business and we go out to dinner once awhile. There is one male and one female, me being the female. Eric has the master room. You and I have the same size bedroom. We'll also be sharing the bathroom. I have a cat, name Meeko, so if you're allergic to cat, then this won't be a good place for you. However, you'll have to meet my cat. He is the cutest
