Upstairs has two rooms. I can rent each room singly or rent the whole upstairs. Upstairs includes kitchen, 1 bathroom, backyard, covered porch, garden area, dining room, living room.
There are two cats downstairs and a chihuahua.
deposit 250 please. month to month lease (I am willing to sign longer lease if preferred). 500 per room (plus some utilities) or 1000 for whole upstairs (plus some utilities).
