I have a room open in my townhouse. Not a huge room but have full private, new bathroom and small walk in closet. House is kept very clean and neat, carpets are getting professionally cleaned before you move in :) Great location in Ballard, not to deep off 99. Parking is easy and usually are able to park right next to the front door. Have a cute newly redone backyard with BBQ. I do have a small dog who is only out when I am home and he has a bark collar when I am not to keep him quiet, which he really doesnt need. House is fully furnished besides your room, as well as kitchen fully stocked with cookware. Washer and dryer right outside the bedrooms. Rent does not include utilites and cable. Price negotiable for all included.
A little about me. I am a nurse so work random long hours nights and days. I can sleep through a lot so dont ask my roommates to tip toe around my sleep schedule.
