Close to major bus lines, Between I-5 and Aurora.
I have owned the house for the past 12yrs. Currently there are 2 adults who are 38 and 42 with a 5 month old and a part-time visiting 13 year old. We are holistic healers who live as consciously as possible and are mellow people.
The house is almost like a duplex so your room is on the opposite side of the house as us.
The neighborhood is very quite and safe
Room is big enough for bedroom and living room furniture set up.
We prefer someone who eats healthy organic food, thinks consciously, is a light drinker, and has no pets or a smoker. A female is preferred but we are open to males that are mellow. We occasionally throw some gathers but are not into 3am wrestling matches or massive keggers.
Pet consideration will be a case by case basis.

Your monthly split of the bills will be split 28%, the lowest has been $80 ( Summer) highest $210 (Winter)
