Full time employed female looking to rent with a fairly sane, only mildly neurotic roommate. I dont smoke, do drugs, or party, but I do drink on occasion. I work full time at a bookstore and spend the rest of my time writing. I'm fairly quiet, clean, neat, etc. I can't pay more than $500.00 and that also needs to include utilities.
