I would just like to start by mentioning that we are probably the coolest people to live with ever. :)
We kind of put the word out about wanting to rent out our basement to our friends but also wanted to test out this whole craigslist thing to see what kind of responses we would get and see how many people are interested. Ideally, we would like someone that would just rent out the basement. The pictures will show you the entire house but the basement is what we are renting. Naturally, we would be sharing the house because we only have 1 kitchen but we figured someone could treat it like a studio or someone
with a child could each have a bedroom. So basically, you will get 2 bedrooms, your own bathroom, your own livingroom, your own fireplace, some room for storage and even your own door/entrance.
My son is only here on the weekends due to some recent health issues I've been overcoming.
About US, besides the fact that we are extremely awesome, There are currently 3 people living here. Well, 2 and 1/2. :) It's myself, Kodi - a 24 year old female. And Nathaniel, who's a 30 yo male whome is my handsome boyfriend and my 5 year old son. I would LOVE to have someone rent out the downstairs that have a child. My son is probably the friendliest kid in the world so I know having a kid here would be ideal for the both of us. We are both EXTREMELY CLEAN, respectful and extremely chill.
