Hi, my name is Daniel and I am moving up to Seattle Jan 2, 2009. I am in need of housing but cannot afford a lot. I am looking for a rent between $250-$350 and can do $50 for utilities if needed. I would like to bring my cat which I know is a turn off for some people, but my cat is quiet, and clean. She is also spayed. I am clean, responsible, and quiet. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. I currently work for the library system here in Tucson, AZ. I plan to attend NSCC and transfer to U Dub and get my bachelors in Journalism.
I am looking for a roommate who doesn't do drugs or drink (A lot). I would like a place near public transportation as this is a necessity. I would also prefer a furnished room but that is not required. A private bath would be nice but I am more than willing to share. I would like access to a kitchen as well.
I am looking for a lease anywhere from 6 months to 1 year. I need to be somewhere within a few miles of North Seattle Community College near I-5 and NE 92nd St. As long as i'm within 10 miles or so, I am happy. I have to come up to Seattle Mid November to Register for classes so if you would like, we can meet and decide from there. If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me.
