Looking for two additional non-smoking, tidy, respectful roommates. The house itself is a two story 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom located on a quite dead end street. The back yard is fully fenced and private with a 6 person hot tub. The driveway easily allows 4 vehicles to park in front of the two car garage. Addition street parking when needed (dead end street). The first room available is on the second level and measures 13’ x 13’ with a 6’ closest. The sencond room is on the first level and measures 9.5'x 17.5'. The lease is 6 months minimum starting anytime(one room is open now, second room open mid April). $500 + 1/4 utilities per month. Utilities include water, sewer, trash, recycling, gas, electric, cable internet (wireless) and have averaged less then $60 per month. The dogs are friendly and get along with everyone they meet. We are located within 2 min. distance to bus line, The Burke Gilman Trail, and the Lake Forest Park Town Center ( Starbucks, 2 banks, Gold’s Gym, Albertson’s, Third Place Books, and more). Sorry no more pets.
