I rent a cozy house in Tacoma and I need a roommate! The landlord is cool, the rent is 450.00 plus depoit which is 500.00. I have a dog, so please no more pets, big fenced yard, 2 bedroom-shared bath but Im a neat person. Garage and more parking-and I dont park in the garage so you could if you wanted to. Cable hookups, washer and dryer-no dishwasher tho :( Its halfway furnished...not your bedroom tho. Hardwood floors excpet carpet in the bedrooms. I am a happy girl who is getting out of an unhappy relantionship and cant afford to move, plus I absolutely love this house. Im not nosey, Im not looking for a best friend, just someone respectful with a steady job. Im a pretty cool chick and Im friendly, I dont throw big parties...except maybe holidays. Im respectful and clean, we could share the utilites. |
