Hi, I'm looking to line up a new roommate for August 15, 08. Basically it's a really simple set-up here and I'm very easy going. I would like to find a good roomie, hence the reason I'm posting this so early. I am a 23 y/o male professional and keep the place as clean as possible with my sometimes busy schedule. All I'm looking for is someone who is responsible, and willing to do their share to keep the place looking nice! Asking $344.50/month (could be negotiable). For this, reasonable electricity would be included. I am willing to negotiate the price, but that would have to be discussed. Satellite tv is installed, and would be available if willing to split the bill (package could be changed to adjust for mutual agreement) As of now, I have a plan that includes over 200 TV & XM radio channels. As to the location, it is within walking distance to MATC Truax so it would be ideal for a student, it is also really close to East Town Mall. If you have any questions please let me know.
