Sublet/Shared.
I'm 31, male Christian. Looking for room-mate to split the rent and upkeep with. It's an upper of a duplex, rather cozy, exactly 3 rooms, plus kitchen area, and large bath.
Closets in every room. 100sq. ft or bigger... each room.
I prefer neat, professional, and like faith.
I expect the rent to be paid on time, (at least 3 days before end of month,) and that any mess made be cleaned up.
Further, drama should be respectfully kept elsewhere, if at all possible. I wish for this to be a safe haven to retreat to, from the harsh world out there.
Communication is a must... if there should any disagreements arise, we will have set in place an orderly method to deal with them before hand.
Other than that, it's pretty fair game. South (or Quiet) side of whitewater.
Sublet is fairly open, more of a launching pad, than a "lease" or required time-frame.
